💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end production of vertical short drama series using AI tools. You'll direct, edit, and finish episodes while learning our AI stack. This role stands out for its focus on storytelling over generic AI video creation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1–2 series (10–15 episodes each, ~1 min per episode plus trailer)
• Work with in-house AI copilot for character consistency and casting
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode yourself
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators, tech team, and exec team

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts for hooks and cliffhangers
• Familiarity with AI generation tools like Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3
