💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute a global liquidity acquisition strategy for a leading digital asset platform, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of institutional liquidity provider relationships. Your core impact will be driving commercial growth by deepening partnerships and expanding the provider network across APAC, EMEA, and Americas. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of business development, trading infrastructure, and institutional relationship management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and SLAs with market makers.
• Collaborate with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, or market-making.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, and FIX/API connectivity.
• Strong existing network across institutional trading firms and market makers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements at C-suite level.
