💼 About This Role

You'll architect Cambium's financial engine, guiding strategy and overseeing execution as the first tech-native forest products company. You'll optimize capital strategy and lead fundraising for Series B/C rounds, working closely with the CEO. This role offers a chance to drive environmental impact through financial expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own long-term financial strategy and build scalable FP&A processes
• Implement tools for real-time KPI visibility and internal controls
• Lead financial diligence and narrative for institutional fundraising
• Oversee financial evaluation and integration of strategic acquisitions
• Design capital strategy including debt, grants, and equity

📋 Requirements

• Proven multi-stage CFO who has led companies through Series B and beyond
• Personally led or played lead role in capital raises greater than $50M
• Experience working in both physical and digital product realms
• Track record of building and leading finance teams
