🎯 What You'll Do

• Support couriers and handle incoming calls
• Manually plan delivery routes (especially outside Budapest)
• Quickly solve crisis situations and optimize routes
• Coordinate orders and capacities with other departments

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in domestic freight or dispatch
• Ability to manage multiple software tools simultaneously
• Comfortable with shift work and weekend schedules
