Description

You will drive operating rhythm execution, translate strategy into action, and lead cross-functional alignment to scale a new verticals business in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to build and lead teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Strategy Operations, BizOps, or similar in B2B SaaS
• Experience in growth-stage or scaling environments
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, bookings, retention, pipeline coverage)
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, BI platforms

Responsibilities

• Establish and run operating cadence including weekly pipeline reviews, MBRs, and quarterly planning
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and align teams around KPIs and timelines
• Improve forecasting, target setting, and planning processes with Sales, RevOps, and Finance
• Act as central connector across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and HR
• Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline, revenue, and operational performance
