Description

As an LPN with BAYADA, you will provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes, including advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management. You'll build meaningful relationships with clients and enjoy flexible scheduling with shifts from 4 to 12 hours.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• CPR certified
• Passion for pediatric and adult care
• Ability to work flexible shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in home setting
• Perform hands-on care including tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Build client relationships and monitor milestones
• Deliver care across age ranges from infant to geriatric
