🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with formation and maintenance of legal entities
• Conduct legal and business research on corporate and aviation matters
• Prepare and manage transactional documents and FAA filings
• Coordinate transaction closings and post-closing documentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded institution
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated work ethic
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
• Prior legal internship or paralegal experience required
