📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of technical writing for enterprise software
• Experience with CCMS platforms like MadCap Flare or ClickHelp
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or GitHub
