💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth within strategic accounts and spearhead new client acquisition for Coalfire's Compliance services. Your core impact is expanding and protecting revenue across enterprise clients while operating with a hunter mindset and navigating complex buying cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead outbound prospecting and demand generation for new enterprise clients
• Manage and expand a defined set of enterprise accounts with upsell/cross-sell
• Drive full sales cycle from discovery to close with executive stakeholders
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales or account management in cybersecurity/compliance
• Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas
• Experience selling complex solutions to C-suite stakeholders
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools/platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, or cloud security
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, PCI, SOC, ISO, HITRUST frameworks
• Experience in a high-growth consulting or services environment
