• Identify and recruit grassroots leaders in local communities
• Equip leaders with training and resources for advocacy
• Organize events and engage public via phone calls, social media, and canvassing
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Passion for building relationships with diverse people
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes
• Self-motivation to optimize time and accomplish objectives
• Valid driver's license for travel within the state
