Description

You'll work as a STAT RN, providing initial 4-6 weeks of one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients transitioning home from the hospital. You'll assess conditions, monitor clients, and document observations, collaborating with clinical managers to ensure personalized care.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing
• CPR Certified
• One year of RN experience
• Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience
• Commitment to minimum two 12-hour shifts per week and one weekend per month

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document observations
• Execute doctors' orders and follow care plans
• Work with clients of all ages and acuity levels, including trach and vent care
• Travel to client homes for full shifts
