Description

You will play a direct role in scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program by engaging referral partners in detox centers, residential treatment centers, and other SUD-focused organizations. You'll build trust-based relationships, educate partners about comprehensive SUD treatment, and shape the go-to-market strategy for a high-growth healthcare startup.

Requirements

• Based in Phoenix, AZ area with extensive local travel
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for the SUD program
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners on SUD programs
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve access to care
• Gather partner feedback to refine messaging and strategies
