You'll join BAYADA's multi-disciplinary team, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. Your core impact is enabling clients to receive medical care while remaining at home, performing diagnostics, developing care plans, and educating families. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Implement interventions for wound prevention and repair.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current MD Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP approved program.
