• Support Know Your Business (KYB) processes and document verification.
• Maintain and develop relationships with integrated partners.
• Implement strategies based on partner feedback for improvements.
• Handle daily customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

📋 Requirements

• Business administration, management, finance, or relevant experience.
• Business Development and Account Management experience required.
• Experience in customer service and BPO preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Suite programs.

• Exposure to financial services or fintech industries.
• Experience in B2B support and industry.

🚩 Heads Up

• Amenable to shifting schedules including graveyard and weekend shifts.
