Description

You will oversee domestic and international logistics operations, partnering with 3PL providers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Your role includes hands-on warehouse management, data-driven performance monitoring, and supporting new product introductions through logistics planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Deep hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations including dock, stockroom, and floor execution
• Strong data analytics capabilities to monitor performance and drive improvements
• Experience with domestic and international logistics
• No visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations (receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, shipping, RTS)
• Maintain visibility on warehouse floor, stockrooms, and dock areas to ensure safe and compliant material movement
• Manage key productivity drivers: labor utilization, throughput, space optimization, inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock cycle time
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with data-driven logistics planning and timely material movement
• Partner with 3PL providers, carriers, and cross-functional teams for effective logistics execution
