💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate remote telehealth groups for adolescents and young adults using evidence-based curricula. You'll help expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment for clients with complex needs. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact in addressing the youth mental health crisis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate groups using Charlie Health curriculum and best practices
• Foster client engagement and camera-on culture
• Attend weekly Treatment Team and biweekly Group Supervision
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Available weekday late afternoons/evenings (3-8pm MT) and Saturdays
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom)

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification in DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI
• Experience conducting group treatment
