You will provide strategic legal guidance on intellectual property, technology product development, and data licensing, partnering with teams to ensure compliance and support business growth. You'll draft and negotiate IP and technology agreements, advise on AI/ML issues, and influence product strategy.

• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and data licensing agreements

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on IP and technology clauses in supplier, partner, and customer agreements
• Draft and negotiate technology-related agreements including open source licenses, EULAs, SaaS terms, and AI/ML addendums
• Assist in drafting, maintaining, and training on contract templates and legal positions for data licensing and tech terms
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams on compliance and product strategy
• Provide global legal guidance on data licensing, AI/ML, and software development issues
