As a Lead Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will perform advanced dent repair using glue-pulling and hail repair techniques on steel and aluminum panels in a high-tech inspection center. You'll work with state-of-the-art tools and contribute to delivering top-quality vehicles to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and withstand extreme weather conditions
• Pass background check and MVR check

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques
• Repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum panels
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime as needed
• Use safety equipment and follow safety protocols
• Operate vehicle equipment and tools, lifting up to 60 lbs
