You'll join a privacy-focused startup as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, owning relationships with key accounts to drive product adoption and retention. You'll ensure customers achieve their goals using Cloaked's privacy platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Onboard new enterprise customers and ensure smooth adoption
- Develop success plans and monitor key metrics

📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in enterprise customer success or account management
- Experience with SaaS platforms and data privacy concepts
- Strong communication skills for executive-level engagement
- Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts
