You'll join a privacy-focused startup as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, owning relationships with key accounts to drive product adoption and retention. You'll ensure customers achieve their goals using Cloaked's privacy platform.

  • Onboard new enterprise customers and ensure smooth adoption

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in enterprise customer success or account management
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and data privacy concepts
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level engagement
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts
