🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and campaigns for UK market
• Lead, coach, and inspire multidisciplinary creative team
• Build and manage creative workflows balancing speed and quality
• Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years experience in creative, brand, or design leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva
• Experience building or localising brands for the UK market
