You'll provide pet care advice to dog owners via chat and email, acting as the voice of a fast-growing pet tech platform. Your insights will shape product improvements for millions of users worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer user questions about dog training and behavior via chat and email
• Provide personalized support to resolve customer inquiries
• Guide clients on product features to encourage platform engagement
• Collect feedback to improve products and services

📋 Requirements

• Upper Intermediate English (B2+)
• Veterinary education or animal behavior knowledge
• Typing speed of 30-40 WPM in English
• Shift flexibility including up to 6 night shifts per month

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in customer support or sales
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
