Description

You will support a government client in Huntsville, AL by designing and implementing cloud solutions in a hybrid environment, focusing on operational excellence, security, and automation. You'll act as a trusted advisor, develop cloud-native services and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with DoD guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of cloud-related experience
• DoD 8570/8140 certification such as CompTIA Security+
• Cloud SME in AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of DoD guidance: Cloud Computing SRG, RMF, SCCA
• Core system administration skills in Linux or Windows

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile IT environment establishing cloud-based technology in a hybrid government cloud
• Define and engineer solution capabilities to satisfy customer business drivers
• Develop deployment and process automation using tools like Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python
• Utilize DevSecOps with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
• Produce clear documentation including design artifacts and as-built documents
