Description
You will act as a strategic partner to innovative engineering teams, owning the post-sales lifecycle for a cohort of customers. Drive revenue retention and expansion by aligning SimScale's capabilities with customer goals, and influence the product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar)
- 5+ years in a high-growth SaaS environment in a technical customer-facing role
- Proven track record of carrying a quota and managing renewals/expansions
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Strategic mindset, comfortable with CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to VP, Directors, Executives, and Engineering Champions, aligning SimScale with their strategic goals
- Own commercial health of customer cohort: ARR retention, expansion pathways, revenue forecasting
- Lead Strategic Business Reviews and QBRs focusing on ROI and business impact
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and execute recovery strategies
- Serve as Voice of the Customer internally, influencing roadmap with Product and Engineering
