💼 About This Role

You'll find and qualify companies for Altitude's stablecoin-native business banking. Your core impact is filling the pipeline with high-fit accounts across crypto. You'll partner with GTM Engineering to build an AI-powered outbound machine using email, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, and cold calls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run high-volume outbound across email, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, cold calls, and DMs.
• Build and execute AI-powered multi-touch sequences that get responses.
• Test messaging, channels, and cadences constantly.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Altitude's ICP.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with outbound sales or business development.
• Crypto-native and stablecoin-obsessed, able to discuss with conviction.
• Strong written communication skills for hundreds of messages per week.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, sequencing platforms (Apollo), and AI workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience attending crypto conferences and events.
• History of moving from BDR to AE role.
• Knowledge of the Solana ecosystem.
