💼 About This Role

You'll perform window and door installations for a premier home improvement company. You'll ensure worksite setup, installation, and cleanup while serving as the face of Renewal by Andersen. This role offers commission plus base pay and year-round installation work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up work site for window or door installation
• Perform basic to routine window and door installations
• Tear down and clean up job site after installation
• Explain installation process to homeowners and answer questions

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Window installation and remodeling experience
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
• Valid driver's license

• Working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Diagnostic skills for assessment and problem solving
• Experience with different wall materials and casing types
