  • Educate customers on research methodologies and Maze features
  • Own post-sale relationship and renewal strategy for a book of business
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales team
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews showcasing value and impact

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Strong history of owning renewals and driving retention
  • Ability to interpret customer usage patterns and turn insights into action

  • Background in UX research, product design, or behavioral science
  • Prior experience supporting product or design teams
