You'll execute comprehensive test plans and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to the component level in a defense technology environment. Your work directly supports cutting-edge autonomy and AI systems for military applications. You'll collaborate with a team transforming U.S. and allied capabilities.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Execute benchtop tests on PCBs and integrated systems using oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
  • Perform precision PCB rework including fine-pitch SMT soldering under microscope.
  • Build and modify complex cable harnesses per schematics and build documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies down to component level.
  • Document test data, rework actions, and failure modes for engineering analysis.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in electronics testing, assembly, and rework.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency in fine-pitch SMT soldering (IPC J-STD-001 or equivalent).
  • Experience building cable harness assemblies (crimping, soldering, routing).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology.
  • Active IPC-610, IPC-620, and J-STD-001 certifications.
  • Familiarity with thermal chambers and vibration tables.
