You'll be the first voice of GALVANY for potential customers, qualifying incoming leads and understanding their needs to set up qualified appointments. You'll help make climate-neutral living a reality by providing smart heating solutions like heat pumps and battery storage.

- Qualify incoming leads via phone
- Identify customer needs and present offerings
- Schedule qualified appointments for field sales
- Update CRM with lead information
๐ Requirements
- Experience in telephone customer outreach (pre-sales, inside sales, etc.)
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools
- Fluent German (C2) in writing and speaking
