Description

As an Operations Lead at Coupang's Riverside Fulfillment Center, you'll lead safety, training, and operational processes to ensure efficient inbound, outbound, and inventory management. You'll oversee workers, develop SOPs, and foster a safe, positive work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience leading and training
• Some experience in a warehouse environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Proactive critical thinking and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Provide training for new hires and existing workers on safety, quality, operations, and maintenance
• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely order completion
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees
• Coach and mentor workers, provide developmental opportunities, and recommend disciplinary actions
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and enforce company policies
