💼 About This Role

You'll support the Flowering team in plant nurturing, pruning, and harvesting at a national cannabis grower and retailer. You'll help maintain plant health and cleanliness, contributing to high-quality product output in a fast-paced cultivation facility. This role offers growth in a rapidly expanding industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect plants for pests and diseases daily
• Prune, trellis, harvest, trim, and cure plants
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Update logs and assist with other tasks as needed

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 21+ years old residing in the USA
• Ability to obtain a Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card
• 1+ years of horticulture or agriculture experience (preferred but listed as preferred)

• Production or manufacturing experience
• Basic math and computer skills
