🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end relationship with external Retail Media agency
• Create routines for budget management and performance accountability
• Define and implement standardized retail media operation model
• Partner with business units to translate priorities into media strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, Commerce, or Digital Media
• Direct experience managing media agencies or retail media partners
• Extensive media operations understanding (budgeting, reporting, governance)
• Proven ability to align stakeholders through influence and structured methods

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Walmart Connect or Amazon Advertising
• Media buying experience in retail or digital media
