You'll drive scalable, high-quality hiring processes at Neko Health by leading end-to-end programs across Talent Acquisition. Your core impact will be improving how we hire through program management and recruiting operations. You'll own projects like the offer process, knowledge management, and the referral program.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and implement AI and automation in recruiting workflows.
- Own and improve the end-to-end offer process from creation to onboarding.
- Manage the TA knowledge hub for consistency and self-service.
- Own and scale the referral program for pipeline contribution.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations.
- AI Fluency with hands-on use of AI tools in daily work.
- Proven track record owning cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong process design capability in fast-paced, scaling environments.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby or comparable ATS.
- Exposure to TA analytics and reporting.
- Experience creating documentation or knowledge hubs.
