Join One Medical to manage a diverse patient panel through acute, chronic, and well visits, both in-office and via telehealth. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, participate in continuous learning, and have opportunities for in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+), or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care
• State licensed in Texas by start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Effective communication with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Engage in ongoing collaboration via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures based on clinical training
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
