💼 About This Role

You'll join Snowflake's Recruiting Operations team to schedule high-volume global interviews and manage end-to-end interview logistics. You'll leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline coordination workflows and elevate candidate experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule high-volume phone, in-person, and video interviews globally
• Manage end-to-end interview logistics and communicate details promptly
• Support recruiters and hiring managers to ensure consistent candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate statuses in Ashby (ATS)

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of recruiting coordination experience
• Experience working with an ATS
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
• Superbly professional communication skills

• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Experience supporting hiring in Japan or APAC
• Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting tools
