🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage AP, AR, and general ledger entries in QuickBooks Online
• Oversee invoice creation and transfer from ERP to QBO
• Issue customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Handle high daily volumes of emails and transactions

📋 Requirements

• Accounting or bookkeeping experience in cosmetic, medical, or healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP-integrated workflows
• Experience managing invoicing and AR/AP in regulated product-based environments
• Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies
