💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver scalable backend systems and customer-facing services for Patch My PC, a fully remote company supporting over 9,000 customers. Your architectural decisions will directly impact the product and customers, shaping system-level decisions and defining patterns. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive architectural direction across the product line and design highly scalable microservices.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and observability across product offerings.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability.
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to align architecture with roadmap.

📋 Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience designing distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
  • 8+ years building and shipping commercial software with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Significant experience in client and endpoint management (SCCM, Intune, or RMM).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph APIs or enterprise endpoint management APIs.
  • Experience building SaaS platforms serving large enterprise or government customers.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services (especially AKS) or other cloud providers.
