You will deep dive into customers' business cases to ensure optimal usage of Appier's AI-empowered ad solutions. You'll work with product and technical teams to support adoption, develop solutions, and optimize business outcomes using AI and data assets.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and iOS or Android development
• Native-level Japanese communication skills
• Ability to maintain and debug Web and App SDK solutions
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant position
• Self-motivated and independent learner

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding and ensure timely adoption of solutions
• Determine project requirements, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders
• Prepare technical specifications for developers
• Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate with developers
• Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations
