• Build and ship end-to-end features using React, Next.js, and Python/FastAPI
• Architect and orchestrate AI components for reliable synthetic populations
• Collaborate iterating on APIs and system boundaries in a high-bandwidth team

• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade applications
• Proficiency across the stack with React, Python, or SQL
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working 4 days a week from London office
