Description

As a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, you will act as a strategic advisor to your customers, helping them optimize their use of the MongoDB data platform, drive value, and support their growth. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to building the Customer Success program.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
  • 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for Forbes Global 2000 accounts
  • Strong advocacy skills and customer-centric mindset
  • Aptitude for learning technical concepts like databases and cloud
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Collect feedback and identify roadblocks to inform internal teams
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead executive business reviews and build account plans
