💼 About This Role

You'll own Ditto's multi-cloud Kubernetes platform across AKS, EKS, and GKE, enabling enterprise customer deployments. Your work directly impacts the product roadmap by building cross-cloud identity federation and secure access infrastructure. This is greenfield infrastructure work solving hard distributed systems problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture and evolution of managed Kubernetes platform across AKS, EKS, GKE
• Design cross-cloud identity and authentication systems with OIDC federation
• Build secure access infrastructure with compliance controls
• Design ingress and traffic management patterns using cloud-native solutions

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience with managed Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS, or GKE) in production
• Strong multi-cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ability to design cross-provider abstractions
• Track record solving authentication and identity challenges across trust boundaries
• Experience with enterprise customer requirements and security reviews

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane) at scale
• Background in BYOC or self-hosted deployment models
• Familiarity with secure access tooling (Teleport, Boundary) and zero-trust patterns
