Description
As the face of Clutch, you will safely operate a flatbed truck to deliver vehicles to customers across Southern Ontario, providing exceptional customer service, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring a seamless handoff. You'll be the first Clutch employee customers meet, so you'll play a critical role in delivering a uniquely special experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years transporting vehicles
- 2+ years customer-facing experience
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License
- Clean 3-year driver abstract and criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Deliver vehicles safely using a flatbed truck across Southern Ontario
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues at delivery
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues
- Complete customer paperwork and enter notes in tracking system
- Assist team members with various tasks as needed
