You'll design and execute engagement strategies for a global tech company, leveraging employee listening and data to cultivate culture. Your work directly drives retention, satisfaction, and advocacy across 550,000+ customers. You'll lead our Culture Champion program and collaborate with HR and business leaders to create scalable, impactful employee experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement engagement programs aligned with business objectives
• Analyze employee feedback and survey data to drive actionable insights
• Manage the Culture Champion program to foster desired culture
• Support event planning and recognition initiatives for global teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience or talent management
• Proven success in designing employee engagement programs at scale
• Advanced knowledge of employee listening methodologies and data analysis
• Strong understanding of HR technology platforms (e.g., Qualtrics)
