Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, no work experience required
• Strong academic record (GPA 3.3+ or 2:1+)
• Extracurricular achievements in school and university
• Business-related internship experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional English proficiency (CET-4 and CET-6 ≥550, IELTS ≥6.5, or GRE ≥320)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Resilience and strong multitasking skills
• Mandarin speaker
