🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive long-term strategy and roadmap for platform capabilities.
• Ensure platform services are scalable, secure, compliant, and reusable.
• Balance immediate product team needs with long-term architectural integrity.
• Identify and drive AI opportunities in product execution and platform capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in platform product management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading product managers.
• Proven experience owning and scaling complex distributed systems.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or regulated industries.
• Experience with identity systems, billing/subscription systems, or compliance platforms.
