💼 About This Role

You'll lead one of the most important areas of Zopa's mobile app: how customers engage and get more value over time. You'll own key metrics like products per customer and engagement, and build experiences that deepen relationships. The role combines growth strategy with hands-on product management to drive commercial impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Owning and improving engagement, cross-sell and in-app customer satisfaction
• Identifying and scaling growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle
• Designing and testing ways to improve customer discovery and adoption of products
• Shaping in-app journeys to be simple, relevant, and timely

📋 Requirements

• Years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing or high-scale digital products
• Owned and improved metrics such as engagement, conversion, retention, or revenue
• Comfortable with data analysis and running experiments
• Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience on mobile products with iOS/Android teams
• Background in fintech or banking
• Familiarity with growth frameworks
