You'll drive adoption of Optimism across global institutions, identifying, closing, and scaling high-impact partnerships. Your work will shape new financial primitives that are only possible onchain, bringing them to market through deep partnerships with the world's most ambitious builders. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution at a fast-growing crypto company.

  • Define and lead Optimism's institutional strategy end-to-end
  • Source, structure, and close high-impact partnerships with institutions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on partner integration
  • Represent Optimism at industry events and policy forums

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing and scaling complex deals with institutional clients
  • Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure (wallets, custody, stablecoins)
  • Familiarity with crypto infrastructure (Ethereum, Layer 2s, wallet abstraction)
