You'll partner with senior leaders to drive programs that measure and assess organizational effectiveness and manage performance management platforms and processes like talent identification and succession planning. You'll help shape Agoda's global organizational performance strategies to support the company's vision.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for high performance culture
• Manage platforms and cycles for performance calibration and talent review
• Analyze performance and talent data to recommend process improvements
• Lead a team to deliver programs across Agoda and priority departments

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in internal HR partnering, talent management, or organizational consulting
• Deep experience implementing performance management platforms in fast-moving tech environments
• Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate to diverse audiences
• Outstanding ability to lead a team with strong prioritization and execution skills

• Experience in strategic or management consulting
• Advanced degree from a top university
