Description

In this role, you'll drive customer success by maximizing Anaplan platform adoption, enhancing user enablement, and reducing churn. You'll serve as a strategic technical advisor, helping clients unlock the full value of their investment while supporting renewals and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years hands-on Anaplan model-building experience
• Master Anaplanner certification preferred
• 8+ years in customer success, consulting, or professional services with adoption track record
• Strong understanding of complex planning functions
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate platform updates and educate customers on new features
• Partner with Customer Success to identify at-risk accounts and design re-engagement strategies
• Deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training, and enablement sessions
• Develop scalable adoption resources like guides and tutorials
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve adoption strategies
