You'll operate as a senior individual contributor trusted to lead through complexity and influence at the executive level. This role combines strong delivery leadership with technical depth and solution design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape and scope strategic engagements, defining SOWs.
• Lead technical phases, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as a strategic advisor on Klaviyo platform and martech.
• Drive repeatable solutions and contribute to process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proven success managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, Python.
• Strong understanding of martech landscape including Email, SMS, CDP.
