💼 About This Role

You'll join the R&D Business Operations team to own end-to-end data pipelines that power analytics and dashboards across the R&D group. You'll accompany the full data journey from ingestion to business-ready datasets and dashboards. This role offers ownership of cloud data warehouse and exposure to emerging AI capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for dashboards.
• Own cloud data warehouse schema, performance, and access.
• Manage data ingestion from diverse sources to central platform.
• Develop transformation models for clean, tested data layers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production data engineering experience.
• Proven expertise with Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with dbt or equivalent transformation framework.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, optimization, and modeling.

• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools.
• Experience with R&D tooling ecosystems.
• Exposure to data governance or observability practices.
